NoseWorks™ RETURN POLICY

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
At NoseWorks™, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return or exchange your purchase subject to the following restrictions:

Return authorization must be requested via e-mail within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, to sugarmanjoe@noseworks.com. You will then be contacted with further instructions.

  • Returned items will be refunded for the full purchase price. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Returned products must be returned in their original packaging. Do not mark, tape, or attach anything to the packaging. Items altered in any way cannot be returned or refunded. For example, items which have been exposed to dyes or perfumes will not be accepted.

  • Return freight charges are prepaid by you. Collect shipments will be refused.

  • Please allow up to two (3) weeks for the exchange order to be processed. Exchange orders will be sent out by U.S. mail.

If a manufacture's defect is found, please contact us immediately to replace your purchase. Replacements will be shipped out by U.S. mail.
